We believe in a collaborative approach, with SCHIWA all systems are offered with ‘SCHIWA School’ where your engineers and production staff will learn how to get the most out of their new system in Germany where the whole focus will be on the equipment.

With all projects, during the installation and commissioning we welcome the input from your team so they understand exactly how our systems are put together enabling a deep understanding of how the systems work and how to maintain them.

After commissioning a detailed training regime is given focusing on how to set up and optimise your new equipment as well as basic maintenance, fault finding and creating detailed hygiene routines.

The exceptional high standard of engineering excellence ensures that breakdowns are kept to an absolute minimum as we understand that the most expensive machine is a machine which is not running. To mitigate the unexpected we recommend maintenance contracts as well as on going training to ensure your team can use and look after your equipment to maximise profitability.

Our highly competent, OEM trained specialist engineering team ensures you get the correct support, by specialising we have developed in depth knowledge of your equipment. In addition we use a network of skilled engineers and engineers from the OEM we ensure you get the appropriate support to respond as quickly as possible.

We utilise the latest technology including remote diagnostics & video link to get to the route of your issue as quickly as possible and then provide the correct support. The vast majority of issues are resolved without a site visit and consequently gets you up and running faster.
